How To Manage Chronic Back Pain?
i have adear friend who turned 60 soffers from chronic back pain is down to about 80 lbs and suffers extreme anxiety now because her looks are so shocking her doctor put her on small dose of morphine please how can i help her i am very worried about her health

I really appreciate your concern for your friend and I would like to say that if your friend is having backache then underlying cause of this need to be found out otherwise taking analgesic medicine would give good relief, but pain killing should be nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug and not the narcotic drug, in my opinion the best analgesic would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day have a nice day.
