M.Mahbubur Rahman.He is now 23kg & 06 year. His Problem is Prominent cerebral cortical with enlarged perivascular CSF space in the right frontal lobe(MRI of Brain Test). What is this ? How possible overcome this problem. Please help me . I am father of M.Mahbub. Email: YYYY@YYYY

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

You should know that these changes in the brain MRI are since birth. They do not need any special treatment.
In case of seizures, he should be treated with antiepileptic drugs.
Later, surgery may be discussed with a neurosurgeon in case of persistent epilepsy seizures.
Otherwise, there is no need for any special treatment.
