Hello Senile cerebral cortical atrophy is an age related finding and it is seen in all people with aging.With advancement of age,gyri and sulci over cortex of brain become prominent and ventricles get dilated. There is old infarct in right gangilo-capsular region and left corona radiata,it is due to decreased blood supply.It is generally due to diseases like hypertension,diabetes mellitus.It should be controlled. Old calcified granulomatous lesions involving frontal lobe and right temporal lobe is sequel of past infection like neurocysticercosis or tuberculoma.It is a healed stage and doesn t require any treatment.
