How do I make my pain mgmt. doctor understand that the pain meds he prescribes me are not working?? I have had 2 laminectomies and an anterior L5-S1 fusion Approx 6 years ago. I currently take (4) 7.5/325 hydrocodone and (4) 300 mg gabapentin and they are not working. I have been in constant pain for over 10 years and it is affecting my everyday life... I want to get back to living instaed of constantly fighting pain..
