Hi Dr. I am having high fever since yesterday evening and have taken dolo 650 twice (gap of 7hours ) and azax. But again in the monring high fever and chillness and doctor prescribed calpol 650 and one azac in the night and cough syrup. I have taken 1 calpol 650 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon. But fever and chillness is remains, now again I need to take one calpol 650 in the night. Is there any difference between dolo 650 and calpol 650??? Can I take dolo 650 instead of calpol 650??? kindly answer my query pls.
