My 10 months baby having motion problem, he is feeling very uncomfort and stain, sometime started crying at that time. For two days i saw little of bleeding in it. i consult doctor, prescribed Lactose solution for two weeks it was ok but now problem started.

It is probably due to constipation.
That is why your doctor prescribed Lactulose solution.
It will help him to pass stools freely.
He also have felling of discomfort and crying due to constipation.
It's pretty normal.
Because the bleeding is not really internal.
If it is internal, his stool may be black in color.
In addition to lactulose solution, give plenty of water.
Give the new foods wisely as per your pediatrician advice.
Do not give any non vegetarian products or foods.
Give well cooked and crushed foods.

It appears that he is not getting enough of water, give milk in a bit diluted state, In addition give water to drink in between.
If not started the veining food, now start it,by giving semi solid food.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms a mild laxative like milk of magnesia at night for a longer duration of time. While stopping it do it by tapering the dose.
