Hello, welcome to HCM Your symptoms like vaginal infection for which your doctor has prescribed the medications and symptoms has come down. Abdominal pain may due to your periods, which will be there for in some females for first few days. That may be the reason for the abdominal pain and it was reduced after taking antispasmodic drug. i would suggest you to consult your Obstetrics and Gynecology Specialist for further evaluation to find out the cause for sudden onset of pain. Thank you.
