welcome to HCM!
Coughs and colds in children are usually caused by a viral infection. They normally clear away on their own, and antibiotics are usually of no use. Paracetamol or ibuprofen may ease some of the symptoms. Make sure the child has enough to drink.
An irritating dry cough can also be allergic and may linger for up to 2-4 weeks however if he has fever or high respiratory rate then you must get him examined and tested.

Bruxism is the medical term for the grinding of teeth . Bruxism often occurs during deep sleep. three out of every 10 kids will grind or clench, kids may grind because the top and bottom teeth aren't aligned properly or as a response to pain such as teething. Stress is another cause. Many kids outgrow these fairly common causes for grinding so dont worry!
