I have recently hurt my lower back around the hips generating towards the spine may have twisted it or tore some muscles? happened on thurs while I was out quading in snow I think and since thurs till now seems to have got worsehave taken advils Tylenols and aleve they really do not relieve the pain I am sore and tired what do you recomend not really into chiropractors as I already have a bad back
It is possible that there is some trauma to the muscles in the back. In many cases the level of pain rises on till it reaches a plateau, this is the reason that the pain intensity is increasing.
