How To Prevent Blood Clot When Having Blood Disorder?

I have a blood disorder that causes my blood to clot more, I would like to learn more info about it and how to help stop my blood from clotting to prevent another blood clot. Is there anyway to help a blood clot go away faster? It s called MTHFR and factor something.

Thanks for your query.
There are many anticoagulant medicines available, like heparin, warfarin, etc which may be required to keep the blood from clotting again. If you do have an underlying genetic disorder then these may need to be continued for lifelong. This needs expert supervision from hematologist.
