Hello,
The significance of TORCH titres and their impact depends on the type of immune response observed. If she is positive for IgM it indicates acute infection. If she is positive for IgG, it can be a past infection alone with or without superimposed acute infection. For toxoplasma infection, nothing else needs to be done once she was infected, because life-long protection is common. For rubella, vaccination is given and pregnancy should be avoided for at least one month afterward. Avidity tests help to manage things better. The medication she was given is an ayurvedic preparation and the impact is not known. PCOD needs treatment in its own way keeping in mind that she had a natural pregnancy. Hope this helps.
