Diabetes, can come to you specially if you already have a family history that predisposes you to it. A sedentary life with a poor diet, or being overweight can contribute to acquiring Type II Diabetes.
Hello ali;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
If you do regular exercise and maintain your weight you can avoid diabetes to a certain extent.If there is diabetes in your family it makes you more prone to get it at any time in your life and that cannot be avoided.Also you need to remember that diabetes does not happen when you eat more sweet but it is a disease where in the digestion and assimilation of the sugar is disturbed due to less production of insulin.There is no reason to worry right now and just try to maintain good health that is keep control on your diet and weight and you should be fine.
Thanks
