Hi.I am 19 years completed.Male. I am very thin. I have already read many answers posted by your nutritions already and tried for a similar kind of a diet for a month.But I couldnt see any change. I weigh only 45kgs.I would also include that I think i have a indigestion problem as my motion(stool) is not clear. In the sense , that i need to go to bathroom at least 4-5 times a day and also there is gas problem. I feel that indigestion only hinders my health. Pl Comment.
You need to do a motion examination and treat any abnormality found there in. This can be the cause of poor weight gain. Take a high protein diet, not necessarily non-veg, and do regular physical exercise. Have good sleep at night and avoid stress. You should soon be able to put on weight.
