How To Reduce The Swelling Above My Eye Caused After A Fall?
I tripped and fell and hit my face (eyebrow specifically) on a concrete sidewalk. I have some scraping and still swelling above the eye and just below the brow. It has been 4 days. All other swelling and bruising is dissipating.
Anything other than cool compresses or ice to reduce the final swelling. I was checked 3 hrs after and no broken bone identified, although no imaging was done then

Hello,
Local ice is the best treatment for reduction of swelling induced by trauma.
Other treatment which can be done is to take some anti inflamnatory medicine like ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for 5 days.
