How To Reduce Weight Post Pregnancy ?

How to reduce post pregnancy weight my age is 31yrs and it s been an year now have not been able to reduce weight, before delivery I was 81kgs and now I am 78kgs have started taking medari since last week pls help how to reduce weight and have also started going on a walk for 45 mins daily. Can You also suggest me a diet or in addition this any other medicine.

hi Bkp..motherhood is a lovely feeling but yes the weight gain along with it isn't. So to lose weight continue with your 45 minutes walk and eat small meals every 2-3 hours to up your metabolism and prevent fat storage. Like start your day with a cup of green tea and 2 dates, some oats porridge/ savory oats for breakfast, fruits and almonds for mid meals, sprouts/ egg whites as evening snacks, make sure to have salads with lunch and dinner. avoid carbs for dinner like rice, breads etc.. have soups, salads, veggies/ grilled chicken/ steamed fish/ tofu/ low fat cottage cheese. drink atleast 2-3 litres water/day and rest well.
