Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
I Would like to know few things here, so that i can suggest you better:
1.) Do you have any kind of stress?
2.) Are you Diabetic or Hypertensive?
3.) Are your Periods regular?
You should be getting yourself examined by a Physician and also get a Opinion from a Gynecologist. So that they can examine you and rule and suggest few tests to rule out if you have:
1.) PCOS
2.)
Hypothyroidism.
Once confirmed, the treatment will depend upon the cause.
You should be bringing in some lifestyle changes,
1.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and Green leafy vegetables
2.) Drink plenty of water
3.) Avoid high calorie foods
4.) Exercise for an hour daily
5.) Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
Wish you Good Health.
Take Care.
