hi obesity is a major health issue these days..its a lifestyle generated disease and therefore can be corrected by improving the lifestyle :) i would not recommend medicines for weight loss due to the side effects they have..but will give you some tips whcih shall help you 1. get your thyroid..corticosteroid hormones checked 2. follow a diet plan which allows you to lose calories 3.increase your metabolic rate which will not let you put on..have lots of green tea..consider food with low glycemic index(oats..for ex)..one meal of the day should be purely of fruits and boiled veggies 4.do not skip your breakfast at all 5.drink atleast 10 glasses of water per day 11. have your dinner atleast 3 hours before you go to sleep(this is the most important thing) 12.most important..exercise at least 5 days per week..it should be aerobic..and for atleast 45 mins..dont go for weight training straight away regards
