hello,My wife is having a very old burn on the body.This happened due to hot water fell on her in her child hood accidently .This has lead the accumulation of skin along with white patch in center of this gathering.Also it is very thick and rough.
we have consulted cosmetic surgeons but were advised not to go for a surgery as the skin may again come to similar stage after 2-3 years.Could you give some advise on this.
