How To Remove Smegma Completely From Child S Penis?

my son is 6 years old. he is uncircumcised and has smegma. i took him to the doctors and he was able to fully retract his penis and remove most of the smegma. my son still has smegma left but his penis is swollen and it really hurts him. what can i do to get rid of the remaining smegma and how much longer will it pain him?

I went through your details. You should not attempt to remove the left over smegma now. The swollen penis needs to be attended now and give some rest to the penis. After a week or so, you can slowly try removing the left over smegma. Can be done easily with the help of bathing soap foam.

The child should be given strict instructions to move the foreskin back (as much it goes) and forth every day at least once while taking bath. Once the child makes it a habit, within a month the foreskin usually becomes enough elastic so as to make the movement comfortable and lasting. If he is not complying, you should supervise.
