DEAR USER
THANKS FOR CONSULTING AT HCM

I UNDERSTAND YOUR CONCERN..

BUT THE INCREASE IN YOUR HEART RATE IS PROBABLY DUE TO ANXIETY YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM..

HOWEVER A CARDIAC CONDITION CANNOT BE RULED OUT

I SUGGEST YOU TO CONSULT A CARDIOLOGIST

GET A 24HR HOLTER MONITORING DONE TO RULE OUT PSVT

YOU NEED TO REDUCE YOUR WEIGHT AS WELL BY A REGULAR BRISK WALKING OF 20MIN A DAY

AVOID OILY AND HIGH SALT DIET

YOU MIGHT B STARTED ON TAB ALPRAX AFTER CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR TO REDUCE ANXIETY

HOPE I HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION.. YOU CAN MESSAGE ME FOR ANY FURTHER CONCERNS
