I have urine burns on my bum and the skin has split it is now dry sore and keeps bleeding and it also hurts when I go toilet And I am a wheelchair user

You have what we call 'bed sore' seen in patients who remain in same position for long periods.Bleeding from your sores is not a good sign as infection very common.Your sores will need dressing and you will need medicines for local application..Please see a doctor for that.
