How To Stabilize High FBS(fasting Blood Sugar)level Of 7.09mmol/L Suggest?

hello, my mother is 58 years old and just got her clinical chemistry and we found out that she had a high fbs that registered to 7.09 mmol/L, her cholesterol registered to 6.98 mmol/L, her triglycerides registered to 3.85 mmol/L, LDL registered to 4.15 mmol/L, SGOT 33 U/l, SGPT 45 U/l.. May I know her condition with regards to her laboratory exams result?

Her LDL (the bad cholesterol) is elevated. The triglycerides are also elevated.This would increase the risk of heart disease, stroke and peripheral vascular disease.
This would be treated with a change in diet- increased use of fruits and vegetables, high fiber foods, reducing use of fried/fatty foods

Exercise is also important.

If it cannot be controlled with these factors, then medication can be used.
The liver function tests (sgot and sgpt) are normal.
