I want to know how do i take Ferrous Sulfate Iron? with OJ or with food or by itself?

Hi,
If you are anemic then and then you go for Iron tablets.
It should be taken after food.
It may produce constipation,so to avoid constipation you go for some good form of iron as it may give less constipation.
Colour of your stool will be black so do not worry.
