My friend is being treated for Gillian-barre syndrome - he has many of the markers but instead of achy or tingling extremities he says they feel like they are on fire - his pain stays between 7-10 on a 1-10. They are administering neuron tin, Percocet and some dilaudid but the relief is minimal - could the diagnosis be incorrect
