How To Treat A Big Mass In The Brain?

One doctor said my brother has a big mass on his brain which is a brain tumor the doctor told him how serious it is and it could be fatal if he don t receive treatment asap. My brother and my mother seen the actual photos from the doctor. The doctor mentioned that he isn t able to do the surgery himself because the bone on his head corroded so he referred my brother to another hospital. This particular hospital was a little rude to my brother and the lady didn t look at his MRI and Cat scan last week. So he came back this morning and she asked him Why are you here? and he said Because I m in pain . So according to her there is nothing going on in his head but everybody know it is something on because his face is smaller and his eyes is poking out more. So my question to you is what is the next step? What should he do? He is based out in Atlanta, GA
