How To Treat A Polyp On The Cervix?

I think I may have a polyp on my crevix.. I can feel a small bump next to the opening to my cervix. The is the second month in a row that I have has some light brown spotting mid cycle, last month it was on cycle day 19 and 20 and this month I am on cycle day 11 and I have a small amount of spotting. I have never spotted before untill last month and my cycles have always been 29 day average untill last cycle that was 40 days. So if I do have a polyp what should I do I am trying to have a baby, will thiss polyp make it harder to concieve?
