How To Treat Acne Just Above The Anus?
I am 18 years old, about 5'10'', 160 lbs., and i have no true medical history except that i had to deal with severe nodular acne a year ago and soon after i treatment i my acne virtually went away. However, i while back i think i may have had some sort of acne in a slight recess just above the anus. It doesnt close well at all because of the constant moving skin in its location. It bleeds sometimes when i use the bathroom. What should I do?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne just above the anus which seem sto be due to fistula in anus most probably. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take a course of antibiotic and antiinflammatory medication for around 4-5 days till the time infection get cleared. You should apply antibiotic cream at the opening of fistula. Visit dermatologist once and get clinical examination done. If pus is there you can go for drainage of pus as well and you can go for complete removal of fistula done as well. Wash in dettol the complete area.
