Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query acne on chin which is because hormonal change at particular age and this condition is recurrent. I would suggest you not to worry at all. Use a topical antibacterial clindamycin gel as a spot treatment for acne during day time and at night you may use a topical retinoid like Adapalene gel. Drink plenty of water. Apply mashed potatoes on face to lighten skin. Apply creams rich in kojic acid. Don't pick up acne as it will leave scars on face. Use sun screen cream rich in spf 30 such as TAN CARE. If symptoms keeps on persisting visit dermatologist once. Dermabrasion, Fractional CO 2 Laser, Chemical peeling, Miocroabrasion are all recent methods of skin clearing. Use medicated soap such as metarub to wash face daily. Your symptoms will resolve soon.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
