How To Treat Acne With Scarring?

hi doctor, im female, 19th, 40kg, 145cm. now im suffering from acne on my face, back, and chest. ive been trying many products untill the expensive ones but never get cured. currently im using sebamed cleanser and taking EPO, there's improoved after i tried, it was better than before. but i have a lot of scars because of acne on my whole face, which is it makes me shameful . i still have acne problem untill now, and i think just by only use that product that i mentioned before doesnt really help me. can you give me suggestion? thank you

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and its scars on face which are very common in your age group and occurs due to onset of puberty, hormonal changes and when clogged pores of sebaceous gland filled with sebum ,dead skin and bacteria get infected. You are already taking so much medicine but not get benefited.You should wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day. You should use Isotrentoin on daily basis and wash face with clindamycin gel. Exfoliate your face once a week , apply aloe vera gel and apply azelaic acid. Drink plenty of water and add fresh fruits and vegetables to your diet. If condition doesn't start getting better in a month then consult dermatologist . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics course .
