Hi, I ma 56 years old. I hava had issues with my skin for a long time. Acne in particular hava gone thru several kind of antibiotics, and just rafter a couple of years inflammation after break outs is my issue, sometimes a little pimple turns into a quarter size sore and really takes a long time to heal not to mention hyper-pigmentation. I have been prscrived prednisone a couple of times at this point I feel either I hva built a resistance to anibiotics or my inmune system is out of balance, or may have diabetes 2 I don t know I am symply running out of alternatives here could you suggest any thing helpful. thanks.
As per your query you have symptoms of acne on face which occurs when skin pores gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells. Sometimes bacteria get trapped inside the pore, too, causing the area to become red and swollen. I Would suggest you to :-
Exfoliate gently once or twice a day with a salicylic acid-based exfoliant .
Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore .
Wash your face using a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water .
Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products.
If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .

How To Treat Acne?
Hi Dear, Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of acne on face which occurs when skin pores gets clogged, usually with dead skin cells.
