How To Treat Auto Immune Disease?

Hi, 49 year old female, 135 pds, auto immune disease of Shogrens and ranaulds (sp?) social drinker. my alt, serum test in 3/11 was 12, began taking remeron for 1 month, had another alt and it was 74. I immediately stopped the med, it was diagnosed for sleep. I retook the blood test today and am awaiting results. Should I be concerned? At what Number is the test result a danger? The 74 scared me because it jumped up so high in 2 mos. It that a slight elevation or large? Thank you, Sue
