Common causes of low back pain are-
Poor postural habits
Muscular strain
Ligaments sprain
Herniated disc
Spinal stenosis
Osteoporosis
Fibromyalgia

I think think it is musculoskeletal in your case. I advise muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine, NSAIDs like aceclofenac or tramadol and neurotropic drugs.I send them for muscle strengthening exercises and Physiotherapy. I will advice you to meet a orthopedics or pain physician to confirm the diagnosis
