How To Treat Bulkiness In Ovary Causing Lower Abdominal Pain?

hi sir,i am neha and my age is 21 and i usually undergo with severe stomach pain in my lower abdomen then my recent ultrasound report suggested that my right ovary is slightly bulky.is this any serious problem and how can i deal with it???
