How To Treat Chorioretinopathy In The Right Eye?

I have central serious chorio retinopathy in my right eye that will not go away. it severely distorts my vision. I also have a constant headache. Not a regular headache...more like whenever I shake, nod or jar my head it feels like my brain is hitting my skull...kind of hard to describe. What do you think?
