Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I had my son almost two years ago, I'm concerned because I continue to have pains in my upper & lower back. I visited my gp & found I had bladder infection. That has now gone away as I went again recently to get it checked, due to continuing lower back & upperback pains(shoulders&neck) to a point where I don't sleep because It is causing discomfort. I have also been seeing an osteopath for about six weeks now & thinks that what may be causing the pain is an inflammation as the pain seem to worsen during & after my menstrual cycle. The last two months my cycle has been irregular (15days early&21days early) I am now holidaying (trying to relax as much as possible) but still waking up in the night due to back, shoulders & chest pain discomfort:( why is my back still in pain. I had an emergency csection when I bore my son(so had epidural injection) which I've been is not the cause of pain because there are no proven fact:( anyway I've been advised by my osteopath to perhaps go see a gaenocologist, who may be able to diagnose the route of my problem.
