How To Treat Cold Sores Which Are Painful And Itchy? No Relief With Fucidin

Hi, I've just got a outbreak of cold sores, they are really painful and will not stop itching. I've been using fucidin on them for 2 days and there's been no change.. As it's two days before Christmas I won't get an appointment at my doctors.. Is there any other treatment I can try.

As this is a virus type of infection Fucidin cream will not work. I recommend you Aciclovir cream apply 3-4 times a day
