How To Treat Dizzy,light Headed And Nauseous?

i get dizzy light headed and nauseous the same time everyday for about an hour. then I get a headache. seems to happen whether i eat breakfast or not. I was sick a while ago and thought I might of had a sinus infection, but didnt go to the doctor due to no insurance. wondering if it could be an ear infection or worse.

You didn't mention your age as this was very important in this case.
As you mentioned that there is dizziness , nausea , light headed with headache , these symptoms may be due to .
1 Hyper tension if your age is more then 40 years ( however age around 30 years also responsible for such symptoms). Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination at the time of this incident .
2 Hyper acidity may be the next reason of such symptoms . Physical examination will find out the exact reason .
3 Sinus infection may be the reason of such symptoms , if still present .
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion.
About insurance I can't say any thing.
