How To Treat Fever In A 2 Years Old Child?
My daughteris 2 years old and spiking a fever of 39 i have stripped her to her nappy but to no avail given calpol and ibuprofen but not helping..sometimes she has cold hands n feet but at the moment her whole body is hot to touch.. She is sweating out fluids shes taking in so reduced wet nappies

Hallo . Thank you or asking this question . For fever -give calpol in proper dosing 10 -15 mg/kg /dose , repeat 6 hourly and continue with normal tap water sponging . Can give Ibuprofen in between for fever . Urine output reduce because she is loosing fluid in sweating , so give her good amount of liquid to maintain hydration .
