How To Treat Heart Palpitation With Breath Shortness With Normal Lab Test Reports?
I HAVE HEART PALPITATIONS & JUST RECENTLY STARTED GETTING SHORTNESS OF BREATH, THAT COMES & GO. WENT FOR AN EKG, WAS TOLD THAT IT WAS FINE BUT THEY ARE LOOKING @ THE LEFT VENT. DID A STRESS TEST TODAY, & I THINK THE DR SAID THAT MY READING WAS GOOD BUT SOMETHING ABOUT THE PRESSURE DIDN T SIT RIGHT. MY PRESSURE DURING THE TEST CAME UP TO 182/102 FOR A 10MIN WALK W/A HIGH INCLINE
palpitation and breathlessness are of concern when they are undue. that means if you develop these symptoms while doing routine activities that you could previously do without any problem, then its worrisome -but your case seems excellent -walking for 10 mins on tread mill with high incline - is considered excellent functional capacity -your echocardiography is also normal- as you say -treadmill test can rule out significant coronary artery blockage in ~75% of cases -based on your excellent functional capacity- and normal echocardiography , it is likely that you have no major underlying problem
