The very best thing to do in your case is to determine what is causing
insomnia, including:
- being stressed out/anxious
- work overload
- possible UTI/genital infection
- lack of physical activity
- consuming coffee, energetic drinks
- not following a healthy diet and lifestyle in general
I suggest to
- do some changes in your lifestyle and diet regimen
- start taking oral pain-killers
- apply warm clothing to the back and
analgesic cream locally
- drink more water
- do urine analysis to exclude UTI. If positive, get properly treated with oral antibiotic
- avoid coffee/alcohol/energetic drinks especially in the afternoon
- get more physical exercises
If 1 month after the changes have been applied you will still have such problems, then, I suggest to get a X-ray of the back and
consult neurologist for further evaluation.
