good day! i just want to ask questions regarding this itchy groin i have... i have this pruritus last week ... i dont have any food allergies ... now the itchy part appears elevated and scaly.. i want to treat this asap.. i fear of the possible spread in my genitals..is this a jock itch? .. what will i do? please bear with me... thanks a lot.... .

It can be a fungal infection. As a first line management you can try anti-fungal ointment like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
If itching persists, you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
