How To Treat Itchy Lesions In The Pubic Area?

Good day Doctor. I am a 36 year old male, 1.83m and 78kg. About 3 weeks ago I developed red/pink round,itchy lesions on my pubic area. It since has spread to the upper thighs. Some of them have a scaly yellowish centre. I've tried Travocort cream bd for 1 week (antifungal and cortisone combination), but it did not seem to work. I then tried Lamisil Dermgel, and even thought at 1 time it might be scabies, so I treated myself with Tetmosol soap followed by Ascabiol lotion. Nothing seems to be working. Can you help please?

Thanks for query,
Red itching rash around pubic region and in groin is mostly due to what is called as Jack Itch.

Please take anti fungal medicine like Fluconazole twicedaily orally and topical anti fungal ointment Meconazole (Zole) twice daily .

Ensure to clean your private parts with warm soap water twice daily before you apply ointment.

Ensure to wash your inner wares in hot water mixed with antiseptic solution Dettol.

This should get cured within 5 days.
