How To Treat Left Sided Lower Abdominal Pain?

pain
for the past month or so i have been having a lower left pain in my abdomen the pain is worse when i turn or lay or if i walk for a long period of time or if i stand for to long or sit for to long other then that i am fine pain gets really bad when i lay down so its hard to fall a sleep but i did go to er when the pain first started they told me it could be a cyst but they did and x-ray and they said nothing came up so it was prob nothing they also did blood work and urien witch all came back clear sooo i dont know what this pain that is just not going away now it has not gotten worse but its just not going any where doc please help me

I really appreciate your concern, if the cyst clinically being suspected then it needs to be ruled out with the help CT imaging or ultrasonography if it comes negative then it may not be the disease condition but it seems to be nonspecific abdomen pain it could be due to some infection too hope this information helps.
