How To Treat Loose Motion And Undigested Vegetative Cells?

My husband is 40 yrs. old having loose motions for last three months. his Endoscopy result is normal. but his stool report stil shows undigestive vegetative cells, two to three pus cells . he also has pain in stomach. he is now 53 kg and has lost 5 kg. in last 3 month.
