hi i am yaqoob afridi , i have pain in luber spine.i got mri scanning, result, (1) disc dehydration noted L5 -S1 level (2) L5 -S1 show diffuse disc bulge causing thecal indentation and bilateral mild formainal narrowing without significant nerve root impingement. loss of control on urin and bowal, erction problem and also pree mechor ejacoulation,

It seems to be a cauda equina syndrome. Did it start all of a sudden or is it chronic? You definitely need surgery and decompression of your spine as soon as possible.
