Hello
Macular degeneration is a common problem of old age seen in people aged more than 65 years.
It seems the patient is aged 83 years with history of stroke and she is having associated neurological problems as well.
Macular degeneration is treated by using intravitreal injections of antivascular endothelial growth factors or by laser photocoagulation depending on the satge of the disease.

Thank you
