When
migraine attack comes , vomitting can occur....
Here your tonsil having white dot that can be by pus , food or mucus Debris accumulation...
So there could be
tonsilitis or
pharyngitis associated that can lead difficult swallowing....
Take antibiotic like amoxyclav for 5 days.
Salt water gargles done.
Plenty of water given....
Avoid excess spicy and fatty foods....
If congestion present antihistaminic drug given....
If needed posterior pharynx swab taken and send for culture...
Whenever migraine attack comes rest in dark room and try to away from bright light and loud noise ....
At that time
naproxen or
brufen can be taken..
