I dont think you have
migraine. The episode has started with a virus after all. It is still a viral infection. Only the headache has improved. But the other symptoms can occur due to the
viral syndrome too.
Try to take plenty of fluids. The more the better. Monitor your electrolytes. And of course, a course of mutivitamins and Vitamin D would help you a lot.
