Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
mild lower stomache pain which feels like gas and mild bloating feeling, happens off and on throughout the day. No bowel changes or diarea. No appetite changes. Been going on for about a week. Its around upper pelvis to below belly button in middle. could it be H. Pylori bacteria causing this or something else. I am a 37 year old male.
I really appreciate your concern, no it is not the H pylori infection neither it is the infection of any kind but it seems to be due to dyspepsia. Sometimes diet could be the cause, it may be associated with hyperacidity and it is advisable to try tab Omeprazole.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Akhtarhusain
