Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, no it is not the H pylori infection neither it is the infection of any kind but it seems to be due to dyspepsia. Sometimes diet could be the cause, it may be associated with hyperacidity and it is advisable to try tab Omeprazole.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
