How To Treat Scabies?

I recently had scabies, and had a ocd fit and went to town on my underarms. Any black dot or mite looking burrow or ingrown hair anything that looked suspicious- got poked, dug, scratched, pinched and ect. Both under arms are filled with with holes, and were bleeding in areas. I have totally distroyed my underarms. They were shaved by the way. So i cleaned with hydrogen peroxide, i have deep holes and big yellow patches of skin, and it now feel like tiny razors are cutting in my skin. I can barley move my arms. I have some mild yellow puss oozing from the swolen trama areas. Only about a hour after , like the skin is protecting itself? Lol. I have also applied tripple antibiotic ointment. How do i care for my underarms now, and wgen will the feeling of road rash burning razors dissipate? I cant move my arms :(
